2 to 4 drops Stock Concentrate, 4 times a day directly under the tongue or added to juice, tea, or other beverage and taken on an empty stomach, 10 minutes before a meal or 1 hour after. (To make a Dosage Bottle: add 2 Stock oncentrate drops to a 1-oz. Dark bottle, 1 T. brandy, the remainder spring water; take 4 drops 4 times a day as above.) For brandy sensitivity, simply put dosage in a steaming beverage, or use topically.
Flower essences may also be added to bath water (16 Stock drops); to lotions or oils (4 Stock drops per 1/2 cup); and to baby’s bottle (2 Stock drops). It is advisable to take the flower essence more often if the need is felt – 10 or even 20 times a day. At bedtime and upon rising are especially important dosage times. Store out of direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
Flower essences possess an innate “safety valve” so that it is not possible to take an ovedose, nor are there any contraindications. They cannot be neutralized by other substances, and they may be used to supplement other forms of treatment.
How to Know Which Essence(s) to Take?
Look to food cravings for a clue. As a rule, results are quicker and more noticeable when only one essence is taken at a time. For this reason, you may need an essence for only 1-3 days, or 2 weeks maximum, before moving on to the next. When you begin forgetting your dosage, this usually indicates that another essence is in order.
