Flower Essences Inspired by Paramhansa Yogananda

Autobiography of a Yogi“Eat cherries for cheerfulness,” recommended the great Indian Master, Paramhansa Yogananda, world-renowned for his autobiography published in over 2 dozen languages. “And eat strawberries to develop dignity.” Inspired by Yogananda’s timeless wisdom, the oldest flower essence line in the U.S. and outside the U.K. was established in 1977.

Are you a person of higher awareness who can still benefit from a little help in overcoming daily stresses related to work, family, and relationships?

This time-tested flower essence line is based on yogic principles of uniting us with our Higher Self.

Moving to America from India in 1920, Yogananda taught many thousands of Americans about meditation, exercise, and right diet—tools for developing perfect well-being. If the vibrations of pure foods, such as cherries and strawberries, can help us to strengthen our positive, psycho-spiritual nature, how much more powerful are the blossoms from which these foods grow.

Thus we now have Spirit-in-Nature’s peace found in Pear Essence; compassion through Raspberry Essence; and a deep sense of self-acceptance from Fig Essence.

One Woman’s Story

Recently, a woman wrote to us, “I took Almond Essence last week for repetitive thoughts going through my mind, and it worked beautifully. I’m still using it, as it has given me so much peace. Thank you so much! I look forward to trying more of your essences, they’re wonderful.”

Inexpensive and effective, these herbal flower essences are completely safe to use. Spirit-in-Nature is based on 33 years of research, case studies, and direct testimonials.
