A Flexible Flower/Food Connection Consult
June 6th, 2010
Erin’s Letter
Dear Lila,
Thank you so much for our wonderful and insightful session last week. I just received the essences today, and I wanted to ask you a quick question if possible.
I failed to mention in our session that I have been craving pears lately. Every time I feed the twins pear baby food, I am always sneaking in spoonfuls for myself. In doing greater research about the flower essences, I have realized that food cravings can be insightful and that pears are often recommended at the beginning of an essence program.
I am wondering if it would is be okay if I took Pear Essence for six days, and then went on to begin my flower essence program? Please let me know.
Thank you so much, Lila, and I hope all is well!
Blessings,
Erin
My Response
Dear Erin,
Glad you took the time to write, and also got your phone message just now.
And, yes, if you feel drawn to pears, you are correct that the flower/food connection is a wonderful tool for essence selection. Taking Pear Essence first is usually a substitute for not working with a practitioner. It’s a great first-choice for people who can’t decide which essence they need, or in fact want to take them all at once—which people often report. Though the fact that you are also craving pears to that degree is a fantastic clue.
So, yes, please do add 6 days of taking Pear Essence to your program before you begin with the Raspberry, and then you can take the program as we discussed it last week.
Very intuitive of you! And I always like to support someone’s input and feedback to make the consultation more interactive. Good job!
Take care, Erin, talk to you tomorrow,
Lila
And Erin’s Latest Comments
Lila,
Thank you so much for your swift response. I absolutely give you permission to use my question as a blog post. I think it is probably a common question and would be helpful to others interested in the flower essences.
I have to say that I am so excited about my flower essence program. It has really given me a sense of hope and happiness. I am not sure if this is even possible—however, I feel a slight difference already.
Blessings,
Erin
